In the progressive world, colonialism is bad. It is only ever European colonialism that is discussed and considered the most wretched form of cultural warfare on the planet. Forget Arab, Mongol, Chinese, etc. colonial expansion. Colonialism is blamed for Africa’s decolonization ills. Colonialism is even used as a comparison for gentrification. Colonialism is wicked.

Except for progressive implemented colonialism. While the American southwest is undergoing an occupation, there is a much more overt form of colonialism in the West. Immigration policies that settle thousands or millions of supposed refugees are an active representation of colonialism. Consider the definition: political control of an area, occupying it with settlers and exploiting the area economically. This is a progressive definition, but it applies. The American interior has felt this pressure as meat processing plants arrange for new labor with the assistance of refugee resettlement programs and a government turning on the human meat spigot.

The most disgusting example of how our modern day immigration policies have turned into full throttle colonialism is in Sweden. Examples are many but few were as insane as the policy where a tiny Swedish island with a population of 137 souls will house a 2,000 person migrant centre with modular housing. This is as blatant as one can get. After assuming power and destroying the republics of the West, the progressives changed the post-war immigration policies. The political victors occupied our governments and have steadily occupied territory with third world settlers beholden to the regime. These settlers vote for the regime’s inner party, which then can divvy up the economic goods and steer economic policy to push more of GDP towards its cronies and patrons.

This is a program as old as empire. The British were efficient at this. Even the One Hundred Years’ War saw the English try to plant English families in the lands that it was winning and claiming for the crown. It was just a means to bolstering the hold of the ruling clique. A patron would create a dependent to justify their rule and to act as a bouncer class for the hostile, native population. One could look at the vote patterns in France and almost see the remnants of the old English holdings. The power of air travel and a never-ending money printing machine make this type of behavior too alluring for the ruling cliques of the West.

We have not even touched on the mental and intellectual colonialism of the current ruling clique, but it goes hand in hand with the airdrops of foreigners into small towns across the rural lands. The presence of alien cultures and new people virtually guarantee the need for the ruling clique to push their ideology on the natives to rationalize why this is a good thing. Diversity is our strength to a monolithic political body is wasted as no one would care or be cognizant of the need for the message or the contrast to reality. A true believer has no one to chastise and spread the message to as there will be no one complaining. It is needed when one is shoving Somalis into small towns in Iowa for the meat processing plant. Someone will complain. Someone will notice. Then the volunteer public relations team will snap into action shouting that diversity is our strength.

Sending 2,000 migrants to an island of 137 is nothing but flooding an area with an alien culture and population. Something tells me the institutional, architectural and medical wonders that old colonialism brought to the third world will not spring forth from the third world migrants settled on the island. If lucky, the Swedish government or Saudi royal family will kick money to the island to build a mosque. American towns feel this same pressure from the same anti-Western forces.

This is colonialism. This is progressive approved. This is meant to ensure their power. The regime thinks they can manage it. Decolonization resulted in the deaths of millions. Let us hope this new colonization process does not result in more.
